What is it ?
This is an electrical engineering, manufacturing and supply ring covering all types of transformer and wound inductive components. Transformers are inductive components, comprising an electrical conductor wound on a core of magnetic material, used to transform voltage and current to different values. The ring excludes the toys by that name.
Who should join ?
The ring's purpose is to bring together manufacturers, suppliers and users, with a ring dedicated to electrical transformers but open to all applications. Special applications are welcomed.
How to join
To join this ring you must complete the form below. When you have added your information, you will receive an E-mail confirmation with your ID number and the necessary HTML code to place on the page whose URL you have submitted. This HTML fragment will display the ring with all its links on your page as shown below, headed VIEW RING MEMBERS.
You will also receive instructions to E-mail the ringmaster, stating that you have added the HTML code. He will check this has been done and then activate your ID number and E-mail you the final details. On all correspondence please include your ID number and the URL of the page you have submitted.
How to edit your entry to the ring

Have your ID number and password ready. Remember to click unlock before you make the changes and PLEASE log out when you have finished.
How is Ring Integrity maintained?
There is a robot in the system which allows the administrator to test the ring. This utility checks every member of the ring to make sure their pages are up and the pages containing the required HTML code is operational. The administrator will e-mail the owner of any page with a problem link to inform them of a problem. You will have 5 days to correct the problem or inform us of when the corrections should be expected. If no answer is received the page will be removed from the ring.
